Terms and conditions for group bookings (more than four people) or any bookings made by a third party.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking. Balance of payment is due a minimum of one calendar month prior to the date booked and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation for any reason. Bookings made within one calendar month of the event date must be paid for in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Payment can be made by cheque or BACS but cleared funds must be received prior to the event.
There is a minimum spend of £75.00 per party per day. Clients can mix and match any of the treatments. Treatments must run concurrently otherwise a waiting time charge of £30.00 per hour or part thereof per therapist will be charged.
Cancellation of treatments other than group bookings or bookings made by a 3rd party.
Treatments cancelled less than 24 hour from start time of booking will be charged in full.
We cannot treat anyone with athlete’s foot, verrucas, fungal infections, cold sores, warts, impetigo and/or conjunctivitis.
Travel to and from client locations is charged at 50p per mile per therapist for the return trip in addition to treatment charges.
WE ADVISE THAT YOU INSURE YOUR BOOKING TO COVER ANY LOSS OF DEPOSITS OR PRE-PAYMENTS IN THE EVENT OF YOU HAVING TO CANCEL
